The Campus de la paix is a network of buildings extending from Place des Nations (the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva) to the shores of Lake Geneva, spanning two public parks - Parc Mon Repos and Parc Rigot.

It includes new buildings, the Edgar et Danièle de Picciotto Student House and the Maison de la paix, as well as the Rothschild building and two historic villas situated by the lake (Villa Barton and Villa Moynier).

In the management of its real estate, as in its other activities, the Institute pursues a strategy of sustainable development, which includes a mobility plan that seeks to promote the use of public transport.
